In the UK alone, there are 11 Alliances françaises at the moment.

At AF de Manchester, you also have the opportunity to take official French exams such as the DELF/DALF, and thus gain formal proof of your French skills. Or, should you have a document that requires translating (English-French-English), we are happy to offer our translation services.

Lastly, in the spirit of honouring our collective European identity and modern European languages, it is our pleasure to liaison with other local culture centres such as the Spanish Instituto Cervantes and the Italian Istituto Dante Alighieri.

  1. I wondered if you have any plans to offer French language courses for teenagers over the summer holiday period? My daughter is 16, has just completed GCSEs and is taking French at AS level in September.

I spoke to London on Friday and they are going to get back to me…. I think they have had a few similar enquiries.

Alternately do you have any contacts for exchange opportunities?
    Merci! Tel 01789 299822.
